At Ruby Red Velvet, we take great pride in delivering high-quality self-love gifts, fresh flowers, gourmet treats, and luxury pampering products. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place:

1. Perishable & Personal Care Items (Non-Returnable)

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Gourmet Cakes & Edible Products (Cakes in a jar, chocolates, etc.)
  • Fresh Flowers (Bouquets, roses, or any floral arrangements)
  • Bath & Body Products (Body oils, candles, skincare items)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

2. Eligible Items for Return (Limited)

We accept returns on the following items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging:

  • Faith Proposals (Digital Products – Non-Refundable)
  • Bible Mousepads & Non-Personalized Accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
