1. Order Processing Time
✅ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
✅ Orders placed before 12 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
✅ Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimated based on carrier timelines and location:
📦 Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) – Starting at $8.95 (USPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground)
🚀 Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) – Starting at $20.00 (USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx Express Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air)
🏡 Local Delivery (Atlanta, GA Only) – Same-day or next-day delivery available for select products.
💡 Note: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Local Delivery (Atlanta, GA Only)
For customers in Atlanta, GA, we offer local delivery on select products:
✔️ Fresh Flowers, Cake Jars, Candles, & Gift Bundles available for same-day or next-day delivery.
✔️ Orders must be placed before 10 AM EST for same-day delivery.
✔️ Local deliveries are completed between 12 PM – 8 PM EST unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
✔️ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
✔️ We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
✔️ Some bundles and promotions may include discounted or free shipping—check the product page for details.
5. Tracking Your Order
📍 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
📍 You can track your order via the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
📍 If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at Info@RubyRedVelvet.com.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
🚫 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid street address.
🚫 We do not currently offer international shipping (U.S. only).
✅ Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ruby Red Velvet is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
💡 If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us ASAP.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We understand shipping issues happen. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
🔹 Damaged Items: Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or store credit as applicable.
🔹 Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours.
🔹 Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays, please allow extra time before requesting a replacement.
